Baptist Health Foundation funds chaplain salaries across the system. These aren't volunteers filling gaps. They are trained, credentialed professionals whose full-time work is spiritual care. When you give to the Foundation, you put a chaplain in the room when a family gets hard news, when a nurse needs a moment to breathe, when someone just needs another person to sit with them.

Every Baptist Health hospital has a chapel. These spaces are open around the clock to patients, families, and team members who need a quiet place to pray, grieve, or simply sit. The Foundation funds the construction and care of these chapels, including the Christian artwork and Bibles inside each one.
